Terms of service


1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the “Diagnóstico Estratégico de Negocio” service provided by 1952 Business Consulting (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in this service, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Description of Service

The Diagnóstico Estratégico de Negocio is a personalized 1-on-1 business consulting session intended to provide strategic feedback, operational observations, and general business recommendations.

The service may include:

  • A 90-minute consulting session

  • Zoom or in-person meeting*

  • Strategic business analysis

  • Business growth observations

  • Recommendations and feedback

  • PDF summary or recap document

* In-person sessions are available only within Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full prior to scheduling or receiving the service.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to attend a scheduled session or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

1952 Business Consulting does not guarantee:

  • Specific financial results

  • Increased revenue or profitability

  • Business growth

  • Business valuation increases

  • Successful business sales

  • Investment performance

All recommendations are based on the information provided by the Client and general business experience.

Business success depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Making business decisions

  • Implementing recommendations

  • Evaluating risks associated with any business strategy

The Client understands that all business decisions carry inherent risks.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not intentionally disclose private business information shared during the consulting process, except as required by law.

Clients are encouraged not to share sensitive legal, banking, or highly confidential information unless appropriate protections are in place.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, documents, summaries, reports, strategies, or recommendations provided by 1952 Business Consulting remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1952 Business Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or business damages resulting from:

  • The use of this service

  • Reliance on recommendations

  • Business decisions made by the Client

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Operational outcomes

The Client agrees that use of this service is at their own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using this service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
